Workshop and
Educational Program Topics
The timeframes for workshops and
educational programs vary depending the participant needs,
skill levels and degree of
practical application opportunities.
The timeframes listed below simply
provide the average or typically
requested timeframe for each specific topic.
Each session is easily
modifiable to meet specific
learner needs. There are also “overview
sessions” which are short
sessions that provide an overview
of key learnings for each session (presentation style vs.
workshop approach).
All workshops are delivered
utilizing adult education principles and include a variety and combination
of instructional approaches
including: ice breaker exercises,
printed course materials and handouts,
innovative and stimulating
PowerPoint presentation, experiential exercises, role plays, 1:1 support
and coaching, group discussions
(small and large group), case studies, independent research and
exploration exercises, and self
assessments. Each course or session is
built upon a solid framework
of specific learning
objectives. Where applicable, courses

exams, panel discussions and
guest speakers. Modules include but are
