What's New With Charmaine!

August 6 Charmaine and her dog Toby are quest presenters at "Dogs with Jobs" K9 Awareness Centre.

July 29 Charmaine interviews expert Patricia Drain on a teleseminar for speakers and coaches.

Charmaine and her colleague Michele Luit’s article “Passing the Baton” about transitioning co-worker to supervisor was featured in the Summer 2010 Institute of Professional Management Members Quarterly magazine.

July 14 Charmaine heads to Dallas Texas for the 4 day Ewomen Network Conference.

Wonderful news...Charmaine's book "On Toby's Terms" has signed for a motion picture movie!

Charmaine spoke at Millwoods Senior's Book Club July 12 on her new book "On Toby's Terms.

Charmaine is speaking at the Centre for Spiritual Living Business Breakfast on July 8- on the topic of Courageous Dialogue.

 
Charmaine is speaking at the Literacy & Learning Symposium 2010 in October

Charmaine will be presenting at the D42 Toastmasters conference on the topic of courageous dialogue May 1 2010.

Hammond International is sponsoring a community pitch and cleanup for their neighborhood April 25 2010.

The Beaumont women's conference is April 24, 2010 Charmaine will be presenting her keynote igniting resilience along with a GPS Your Best Life™ breakout session.

On April 22 2010 Charmaine and her colleague Michele will be presenting Success In Planning for the HRIA conference in Calgary.

On April 11 Charmaine and her dog Toby will be participating in a jog a thon through the K9 Awareness Center in St. Albert.  This event will be a fundraiser for the Humane Society of Edmonton.

In March 2010 Charmaine was chosen as one of Edmonton's 27 Influencers.  This was extremely exciting and Charmaine is pleased to be supporting the Getfest Project 27.

In March and April Charmaine presented to the West End Business Association in Edmonton.

Once again at the ACSW conference Charmaine presented her signature story Igniting Resilience.  This was also the topic of the Medicine Hat job fair 2010.

After the Boom was the topic of Charmaine's presentation at the LGAA conference in Red Deer in March 2010.

On Tobys Terms- a story of life, love and purpose, is Charmaine’s next book.  This book will be published by Bettie Youngs Books (www.bettieyoungsbooks.com) and will be on bookstore shelves September 2010.

Charmaine's dog Toby is the sponsor of a local girl’s soccer team.  In March 2010 Charmaine provided a “PUP Talk” to the team before their provincials tournament.

On February 20 Charmaine presented the “ASK That Made the Difference” to the CAPS Edmonton chapter.

In February 2010 Charmaine and her colleague Debra launched their GPS Your Best Life™ Vision Board workshops, they are now being held monthly due to popular demand.

On February 11th 2010 Charmaine presented her topic Resilient Businesswoman to the Independent Achievers in Red Deer.

Charmaine and her colleague Debra are co-authors of the book GPS Your Best Life™ -Taking You From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be book to be released soon.

January 15 and 16th 2010 were exciting days.  Charmaine shared the stage with Janet Attwood, and hosted the Align Your Passion, Purpose & Power for 2010 event with colleague Debra Kasowski.  The event was an incredible success

Charmaine co-authored an article titled When Passion & Purpose Collide which was featured in the Healthy Wealthy and Wise Magazine.  Her article “Surviving the Boom, Now What?” was featured in the Institute for Professional Managers magazine in March 2010

During the month of December 2009 Charmaine and her colleague Debra also have the opportunity to host a Tele-seminar with Janet Attwood and a second Tele-seminar with singer song-writer Justin Hines.

In December 2009 Charmaine and her colleague Debra were interviewed on CTS TV for their Align Your Passion Purpose and Power for 2010 event.  This event also featured New York Times best-selling author Janet Attwood.

On December 1, 2009 Charmaine launched her new program “working with purpose” which also features her media magnet dog Toby.

Words in the park, an event book signing for authors was held November 7 2009.  Charmaine participated with her dog Toby and together they signed many books.

On October 10, 2009 Charmaine and her dog Toby were at Chapters bookstore in Sherwood Park for a book signing.  Charmaine story” volunteering from the heart” was featured in the Chicken Soup for the Soul - What I Learned From the dog book. 

Charmaine presented Jack Canfield co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul book series with a signed copy of his book which features Charmaine's story.  October, 2009.  Charmaine also had the opportunity to meet with Jack Canfield.  Charmaine also had the opportunity to meet New York Times best-selling author Janet Attwood
