A personal message from Justin Hines...

"I've come to realize that true fulfillment begins with believing that each one of our lives can serve a purpose for the greater good. At this point in my journey, I feel honoured to be in a position where I can combine my passion for music with my desire to spread a message of love on a large scale. I feel it is my duty as a human being to at least attempt giving back as much as I have taken from this Earth. This is a lofty goal but I've witnessed firsthand the power of unselfishly assisting those who desire and deserve help. I, like many others, simply want to help."

Justin’s story is one of hope, overcoming seemingly impossible obstacles, and ultimately, turning one's dreams into reality.

Justin Hines is an incredible example of a person living his passion and purpose. His first appearance was in front of 17,000 people at age 14. Justin’s charitable works are so numerous it’s hard to even begin to list his performances at fundraising events that began when he was 10 years old. His love and concern for humanity, not just the disadvantaged gradually became his focus of attention. Justin is the recipient of many awards including the 2009 March of Dimes Canada Rick Hansen Award of Excellence, for his tireless work as an advocate and role model for people with disabilities. Justin has also been honoured with The Roger Abbott and Don Ferguson Easter Seals Award for Achievement in the Performing Arts, a YTV Achievement Award for Best Performance or Host in a Variety program or series, FACTOR (Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent on Record) Breakthrough Artist of the Year (2008) and a Gemini Award nomination. Justin will open the Align Your Passion, Purpose & Power for 2010 event with a concert at the VIP event.
