I had the pleasure of meeting Charmaine when I hosted a group that came into borrow our JA conference room.  A speaker (Charmaine) was coming to speak about Business Resolutions and I was welcome to sit in.  Little did I know that it was going to be the most fun, inspirational, and useful presentation that I have ever attended. Charmaine’s warm and genuine personality was accentuated by her excellent sense of humour.  Not only was it easy to get engaged in her presentation, but I went home with life-changing tools that could easily be applied to my freelancing, work, or personal life!
