Book Picks of the Month Continued...

When you consider new projects at work, workplace change and bringing new ideas to the operational level, these six qualities are incredibly important.  Next time you are considering new possibilities, ask yourself the following questions:

  • What type of potential does this idea/project/change have?
  • What is the purpose of it?
  • Does the possibility fit with my/our purpose?
  • Are we passionate about this?  Can we foster a sense of passion in others to help champion this initiative?
  • What are the guiding principles?
  • What level of persistence will it take to bring this to completion?
  • How can we engage others?  In what ways can we foster a sense of involvement and personalization?
