Planting seeds is a concept that Val’s writing reminded me about.  As a leader, as a colleague, friend, and even to someone you have never met we have opportunities to plant seeds. Think about the seeds that you are planting at work, home and in your relationships.  What ideas are you planting?  What inspirations are you cultivating?  What seeds are you planting through your role modeling, and leadership?  The seeds you plant can change your workplace in ways that forever leave a positive impact and help new employees grow and expand their talents.
